Coach Holmes

 

Mark Holmes, an Elk Grove Village native, has just returned home to the States after finishing his second season as a Professional player in Europe. This passed season Mark competed in France's 3rd national level(NM3) with La Berrichonne de Chateauroux. After a very successful season the club managed to win their division Championship, resulting in the club's elevation into the next national Level(NM2). Mark was leading Scorer averaging just under 20 PPG. Mark began his professional career with BC Winterthur in Switzerland. He was also leading scorer here averaging 22.7 PPG. Mark's rookie season also resulted in the club's elevation to the country's top league. 

 

Mark played college basketball at DI Mississippi Valley State University before transferring to DIII North Park University for his Junior and Senior seasons. Mark also played high school basketball for Guerin College Prep High School in River Grove.

 

He is excited to be joining the program and the opportunity to share his love and passion for the game.
